I am writing in response to the excellent service received by us as from one of your Direct Repair shops here in Pasadena. Unicar Auto Body absolutely went out their way to help us with claim # YL919140-20. Our 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 was vandalized just 3 days prior to my wife needing to use it for one of her horse shows. She actively competes in various Eventing competitions around the state and this diesel pickup track is here tow vehicle for her horse trailer. The rear door window glass had been broken and a dent made in the door. Unicar replaced all of the broken mechanical parts and even finished the paint work in the 3 days so she could go to her competition without any complications. The quality of the work is top notch to go along with the above described excellent customer service.

My hat is off to Unicar Auto Body.

I am so glad to be able to write a letter of commendation and not complaint, with regards to your company and it's body and fender shops. Recently a car hit the front fender of my car and took off, much to my dismay. Leah, of your offices, dealt with my claim in a most friendly and professional way so I wish to commend you on having such good employees.

The first body shop that I was refereed to in Glendale, CA was horrible. It wasn't clean nor inviting to any customer. I was treated in a most off handed manner by a gum chewing young woman who didn't even offer me a seat in this office, if you can call it that, and had me just stand at the counter to fill out a form. Later as I was left standing there, a man went to my car and began taking pictures and when I addressed him, he completely ignored me. I felt as though I were some trouble maker wasting their time, rather than a valued Mercury recommended customer. I never did get an estimate.

A friend recommended UniCar Auto Body to me in Pasadena, CA and I was stunned at how aesthetically pleasing the building was, as it looked more like as elegant mall than a fender shop. Mr. Harry Kazarian took care of me, and offered me water, coffee or a soft drink and had me sit down in the large air conditioned office. Everyone was friendly and yet professional and the office was spotless. Mr. Kazarian had an estimate ready for me within fifteen (15) minutes and it was typed out and stapled. The premises were clean and not daunting to a female and everyone was extremely helpful and polite. I really did feel like ad honored customer who had Mercury Insurance, rather than a bother.

I cannot tell you what an extreme difference Glendale Auto Body and Unicar Auto Body were. The former was dirty and the employees were indifferent and rude. The letter was clean and pleasing to the eye and the employees were most friendly and efficient.

Kudos to you for having a place like UniCar for female customers who are oftentimes uneasy in body shops. I remain a satisfied customer of Mercury Insurance.
